1. Nature of Services

Exemplar Justice Advisory provides non-legal, strategic advisory services only.

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, regulated professional services, or act as solicitors, barristers or legal representatives. Any references to courts, legal processes, justice systems or case support are strategic and advisory in nature only. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice from qualified legal professionals where appropriate.

2. No Client Relationship by Website Use

Use of this website, submission of an enquiry, or communication via email or contact forms does not create a client, advisory, legal or professional relationship. A formal advisory relationship exists only where a written agreement has been issued and accepted.

3. Scope of Engagement

All services are delivered strictly within the scope agreed in writing at the start of an engagement. Any additional work, extensions or changes to scope must be agreed separately. We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement where it falls outside our expertise, ethical boundaries or risk tolerance.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

All advisory services involve judgment, strategy, and decision-support. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We do not guarantee results, decisions, verdicts, releases, reputational outcomes or actions taken by third parties, authorities, courts or institutions. All decisions remain the responsibility of the client and relevant external bodies.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared with Exemplar Justice Advisory is treated with discretion and confidentiality.

Confidentiality does not constitute legal privilege and may be subject to legal obligations, safeguarding duties, or lawful disclosure where required.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Act lawfully and ethically

  • Retain responsibility for decisions made

  • Maintain appropriate legal representation where required

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and may be hourly, fixed-fee or bespoke depending on the service.

Payment terms, schedule and refund provisions (if any) are set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exemplar Justice Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of this website or advisory services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
